Sandblasting and coating for bottom outer plates of the vessel
(a priming process that uses 5-6 kg of air pressure to blast sand
and grit onto the plate surface to remove rust and coating)
Today, water blasting has replaced sand blasting; however, the conventional
method is still used for work inside the tank, etc.
